The set of battery-operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors is intended for closed rooms particularly exposed to hazards that may be a result of failure, lack of adequate aeration of the room or faulty ventilation system. The battery-operated smoke detector is a device that detects smoke particles in a closed room and alarms of a danger at early stage of a possible fire. The photoelectric smoke detector works well as additional means of monitoring the threat, and thus protecting wherever there is a risk of fire ignition. As the device is small and lightweight, it is recommended to install and manage it by yourself. It is powered by 6LR61 / 9V battery (included). The appliance alarms of a threat - alarm volume level is 85dB, and it also notifies when the battery is low. Additionally, it is equipped with a diode that allows for visual indication. The detector’s operating time is up to 10 years, and the appliance complies with European standard 14604:2005/AC1:2008, which is confirmed by BSI-KM514007 certificate. What is more, the detector has a TEST button, which allows to monitor the correct operation of the appliance. A magnetic mounting plate (OR-DC-622), suitable for many models of carbon monoxide, smoke or gas detectors, works great for convenient placement of the product in the room. It allows quick and easy, self-installation of the sensor without drilling holes in the wall. It also works well in caravans, boats or on concrete walls or ceilings. The set includes also a battery-operated carbon-monoxide detector. It is a modern alarm device designed to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon monoxide. Intended for indoor use, in spaces that are particularly vulnerable to hazards that may arise as a result of failure or lack of adequate ventilation. The device is equipped with a large LCD display, which indicates the level of the threat detected (smoke) and low battery level as well as the end of operating time. It has built-in electrochemical sensor which very precisely indicates carbon monoxide level. The display also helps to read information on humidity and temperature levels without using other devices. The built-in humidity sensor monitors the environment. It allows to track the humidity level which is crucial for health and comfort of household members. Additionally, the temperature sensor facilitates to monitor the sense of warmth in the room. The settings of air conditioning and heating may be adjusted to optimize energy consumption and lower the bills. The product has an illuminated TEST button that allows to check the sensor's correct operation. The carbon monoxide detector should be placed at eye level, in the most frequently used room, e.g. in the kitchen, living room or hallway, in order to objectively assess the amount of smoke particles in the inhaled air. The lifetime of the sensor is 10 years. Model powered by two AA batteries (included). Complies with EN 50291-1:2018+AC:2021, confirmed by TUV certification body.
